Under Barry's leadership, Management Recruiters of Bridgewater has consistently been ranked among the Top 50 offices in the MRINetwork of over 1,000 offices worldwide.

In 1986, Barry set a new MRI billing record for a rookie manager and has consistently added to this accomplishment every year since. Barry has an innate ability for hiring the most qualified staff and nurturing them into successful account executives.

Barry’s team at Management Recruiters of Bridgewater has won numerous awards. The Management Recruiters of Bridgewater office is a fifteen time recipient of the President's Club award that recognizes offices with annual billings and cash-in over a million dollars. His team has received the MRINetwork “Office of the Year” award as well as “Top Ten Office” award.

The biggest success throughout Barry’s career was being honored the prestigious “Best of Class” awards. Only the top five offices in customer satisfaction are nominated for this award among over 1,000 offices in MRINetwork worldwide. Management Recruiters of Bridgewater has been nominated and awarded the “Best of Class” award numerous times.  .

Barry continues to develop and maintain relationships with new clients to solve their staffing needs.  His genuine approach continues to be highly appreciated and respected. 

Prior to opening Management Recruiters of Bridgewater in 1986, Barry spent seven years as a Vice President of Mortgage Sales for Citibank in New Jersey. With over 25 years of business experience, Barry is an active president who participates in the recruiting process as well as establishes and maintains client relationships. Although Barry works with all divisions of the Management Recruiters of Bridgewater office, his focus is banking, mortgage banking, and intangible sales.
