We're Selective

To provide you with the highest level of service, we only work with a few select companies at a time. This allows us to become thoroughly familiar with your company, people, product, work environment, and expectations.

We Care

We believe our company is an extension of yours. A candidate's first impression of your company often comes from us. We genuinely care that we match talented candidates with appropriate employers.  In order to achieve this, we take the necessary time to get to know your specific needs. We only present a candidate to you after we have carefully screened the candidates and determined that they are a good fit.

We're Flexible

We understand that your hiring needs and priorities can change overnight. We also understand that we may only be one of a number of resources that you may use for your hiring needs. For these reasons, we are flexible and offer a variety of services to help you meet your objectives.

Types of Fee Structures

Management Recruiters of Bridgewater offers three search fee structures to compliment your needs and expectations.  These include the following types of searches:

Retained Search

Companies that opt for a retained search take first priority at Management Recruiters of Bridgewater.  This plan is for an urgent or a sensitive situation in which confidentiality is paramount. We serve as your company's directed recruiting resource.  The fee is computed at a percentage of the offer letter, which includes a base salary and a realistic bonus for the first year. You pay us a third to initiate the search, a third when the candidate accepts, and a third when the candidate begins employment.

Engaged Search

An engaged search take precedence over all contingency sources to ensure quality and timeliness. The fee is computed at a percentage of the offer letter, which includes a base salary and a realistic bonus for the first year. You pay us a third when we initiate the search and the remainder when the candidate begins employment.

Contingency Search

We refer candidates who most closely match your company's requirements. If you hire someone we've presented, our fee is percentage of the offer letter that includes a base salary and a realistic bonus for the first year. If you hire someone through another source, no fee is due.
