We are searching for a General Manager of small, fast growing, entrepreneurial cosmetic product development/marketing company.
Responsibilities include the overall operations of company, overseeing the following functions: purchasing, production, QC, sales administration, logistics, finance, and the administration of our R+D team.
General Manager will report to the company CEO, a seasoned marketing/sales executive. The General Manager is expected to partner with the CEO of the company to ensure proper execution of all programs, and will manage, and structure all areas of the company, other than the creative functions.
The General Manager is expected to review existing process in place and to improve/evolve processes to fit the growing needs of the company.
The ideal candidate will have experience in both large and small cosmetic companies, if possible... coming from the operational side of the business.
Knowledge of cosmetic contract manufacturing will be essential as candidate will be responsible for quality/on time delivery of all product.
